BGS Return and Refund Policy
Customer Satisfaction: Upon receiving an order from Borro Glass Studio the customer should inspect all packages for contents and condition. Any product that has an issue should immediately be brought to the attention of BGS. Any concerns or issues need to be directed to Sales@BorroGlass.com
Please include the following information: Name, Phone Number, Best time to reach you (including time zone), Shipping Address, PayPal Email, and Invoice number (BGS#__). We may ask the customer to provide details such as: Item numbers, weights, and photographic evidence; Failure to do so may void credit/refund status.
Returns: Returns must be made within 14 calendar days from date of Purchase. Product must be returned in its original condition. Returns must be shipped back within 72 hours of return claim.
Credits and Refunds: Once an item is returned, inspected, and verified to be in its original condition the customer will be notified of the refund status within 48 hours. Credit will be issued how customer paid (i.e. Credit Card, PayPal, Check).
Shipping: Customer pays for shipping upon checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a return in merchandise the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Sale Items: All sale items are sold as is and are not eligible for return. Sales of any product listed under the SALE section of the website (Odds, Seconds, Knuckles, Saw cut ends, etc.) are final. Sale Items are listed with photos; please examine photos on website before making purchase.
